This is twin wire, aka figure 8 wire, one red, one black, conjoined twins.
This is super soft and flexible wire, great for making up your own test leads etc.
Here are the specifications I have:
Each core is 150 strands, tinned oxygen-free copper, 0.08mm/strands, 0.75 mm^2 total cross sectional area (18 AWG) per core
Outside Dimension: 2.3x4.6mm (see this other listing for wire with thicker insulation when available)
Temperature range: -60C to 200C
As for current rating, a rule of thumb calculation (cross sectional area multiplied by 25) gives about 18A as a maximum value, maybe derate that slightly for twin cores.
