This is twin wire, aka figure 8 wire, one red, one black, conjoined twins.
This is super soft and flexible wire, great for making up your own test leads etc.
Here are the specifications I have:
Each core is 100 strands, tinned oxygen-free copper, 0.08mm/strand, 0.5 mm^2 total cross sectional area (20 AWG) per core
Outside Dimension: 1.8mm x 3.6mm
Temperature range: -60C to 200C
As for current rating, a rule of thumb calculation (cross sectional area multiplied by 25) gives about 12A as a maximum value, maybe derate that slightly for twin cores.
