This is non-insulated solid tinned copper wire, 0.6mm diameter, sold in a roll of 10 meters (that is each item you buy is a 10 meter roll, the price is for a 10 meter roll, you buy “1” I send you a 10 meter roll, you buy “2” I send you two 10 meter rolls…).
Commonly used as bus wire, jumper wire, link wire, especially for single-sided printed circuit board wire links on the non-copper side (I’m sure you’ve seen the insides of many low cost consumer electronics with single sided PCBs and tinned copper wire links), or for wiring on the backside of veroboard/prototype pcb.
