This is an LED on an aluminium substrate. Apply about 12v DC to one of the + and – pairs, and let there be light.

They measure 60mm long and 15mm wide.
You only need to use one of the pairs of connections, you can use the other to “daisy chain”.
Power is about 2 watts. I would strongly recommend that these leds are attached to something that acts as a heatsink (ie any large area of metal) if they will be operated for longer than a minute or two they will get very very hot without heatsinking. I suggest using heatsink tape for attaching to your heatsink.
Since these have resistors on board, just apply about 12v DC, (or down to about 9v for lower brightness) and you are good to go.
Taking photos of LEDs is really really hard and I’m bad at it, these look better in real life!
Note that the purple ones do not look purple when switched off, but do when switched on, colour mixing is weird.
